What is a tenon machine?

Mortise and tenon machine is a kind of wood processing machine.

Simply manually place the workpiece in the specified position and press the start button. The equipment will fix the workpiece with pneumatic tools and then start machining the workpiece.

During processing, the square chisel drops with the bit, the bit turns and drills out the round hole, the square chisel cuts the round hole into a square.

3s to process a hole position, because of the use of intelligent stepping servo motor system (also known as closed-loop stepping motor system), the spacing between holes and hole positions can ensure the consistency of height.

The traditional mortise and tenon machine is to adjust the spacing between the holes by manual.

Installation position and Function: The stepper servo motor system of our company mainly acts on the movement of X-axis, and the motor drives the screw slide table to move back and forth, and the main function is to cooperate with the electric drill of Y-axis.

The travel of the slide table is about 1000mm.

The weight of the slide is about 4Kg.


Use details: Driver pulse type set to monopulse plus direction, subdivided to 1000.


Operation status: at the beginning, it returns to the origin at 1000Rpm, and then the repetitive position mode. The slide table runs at 3s/ 30mm until the workpiece is processed.


Selection practice: Because the material of the workpiece is wood, and wood has a certain elasticity, the requirement on precision is not high, so we choose the motor of 1000 line encoder provided by our company.

In addition to pulse direction, it only needs to use the alarm output, so we recommend customers to use the ES series driver.

Consider and reduce customer cost for customers.
