TTTLA has much to do with this, Mr. Klaus probably meant that rogueboy is on the LCR and he had him red tagged, so he said contact TTTLA if you are not really a PK so they can remove you from LCR.
I was there and heard Mr. Klaus.

no michaelh is incorrect, only if your name is red you will die yes. it's possible all Rogue* names are blacklisted but I doubt it. as we said before, go plead your case
